Nissan recently announced that its testing the X-Trail FCV. This vehicle uses the next generation of fuel cell technology. The cell units are 25% smaller than previous versions, and they put out almost one and a half times the power.
The testing started this year in February at the Hokkaido proving ground. This fuel cell technology is just one part of Nissan’ Green Program 2010, which aims to help reduce CO2 emissions and to expand the recycling of automotive resources.
