April 16, 2010 | cmcelroy | Comments 1

The 2010 Nissan 370Z Touring is the sports car of sports cars. It features a nice convertible body type with a 6-speed manual transmission and gets 18 miles to the gallon in the city, 25 mpg on the highway.

2010 Nissan 370Z Coupe

The 2009 model, the first after replacing the Nissan 350Z, featured a 7-speed automatic transmission and 2-door body style.

Both year models showcase the GAS V6 3.7 liter engine so you get power, comfortability and speed all rolled into one package. It also comes in a variety of colors from Pearl White to several shades of Metallic and even Monterrey Blue, just to name a few.

The Nissan 370Z Touring is available in several variations with options for automatic or manual transmission as well as Roadster or Coupe. Some of the features available include:

  • Dual chrome-tipped exhaust tailpipes
  • Double wishbone front suspension
  • Micro-finished crankshaft & camshaft
  • 18″ 5-spoke aluminum wheels
  • Fender-mounted Z emblems & side markers
  • 8-way manually adjustable driver seat
  • Automatic climate control

Pricing starts at just over $34,000, which is a bargain price as sports cars go. With options like carpeted floor mats, 4-piece splash guards and illuminated kick plates, the price can up a little bit further. But the safety features are quite nice – anti-lock brakes, side impact airbags, energy absorbing steering column and even vehicle dynamic control.

The 2010 Nissan 370Z Touring is a huge improvement over the 350Z coupe it replaced. The 2010 model is only slightly better than the 2009 model, but there are some noted differences. Even a slight improvement is still an improvement. But as sports cars go, Nissan has built a solid set of wheels with excellent torque and nice horsepower.
