August 01, 2008 | | Comments 0

The Nissan 2009 Maxima brings this car full circle. Over the years, the Maxima sedan has been a sporty car, a luxury car and even a mainstream sedan. The newest version of the Maxima, however, takes the brand back to it’s roots as a four-door sports car.

The new Maxima has a shortened wheelbase and overall length. Combined with the 35 higher horsepower than it’s previous version in the 3.5 liter VQ V-6, and you’ve got an amazingly sporty ride. What’s especially interesting about that is the Nissan 2009 Maxima still manages to get 26 miles per gallon on the highway. The 2009 Nissan Maxima is wider and has added track, which contributes to better stability and better handling in the corners.

The look of the 2009 Maxima should be familiar to Maxima enthusiasts. There are sweeping roof lines, and high, broad rear shoulders. Especially interesting about the new Maxima is the technology and electronics bonuses. Every new Maxima has iPod connectivity. You can add all sorts of tech to this car, from rear view camera to an audio system with a 9.3 gigabyte hard drive.

Come check out the Nissan 2009 Maxima today. You won’t be disappointed.
